Terms of service
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Omni, a sole proprietorship based in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"), for the Omni app for Mac, Omni Cloud and omnigrowth.app (together, "Omni"). By using Omni you agree to them. Questions: daino@omnigrowth.app.
1. What Omni is
Omni is an AI growth agent for people who build apps. It connects to accounts and services you choose, measures your posts and your app, runs experiments, makes content with AI services you connect, and, when you allow it, posts, messages and emails on your behalf.
2. You and the services you connect
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms, on your own behalf or for the business you use Omni for.
- You connect your own accounts (for example TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Stripe, GitHub, App Store Connect or Resend). You confirm you're allowed to use them, and you remain bound by each service's own terms and policies, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, Meta's Platform Terms and the app stores' rules.
- You can disconnect any service at any time in the app, and revoke Omni's access in that service's own settings.
3. Acting on your behalf
- Omni posts publicly, messages people or sends emails only within the rules you set in the app, and, where a service requires it, only after you confirm. On TikTok, a video is posted only when you press Post on Omni's TikTok post screen; otherwise Omni sends it to your TikTok drafts for you to post yourself.
- You're responsible for what is posted or sent from your accounts, including AI-generated content, captions, links, music and any required disclosures, such as branded or paid content.
- Omni may spend credits on services you connect (for example AI video) within the budget you set, and asks before going over it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Omni to break the law or any connected service's rules; to spam, harass or mislead people; to post content you don't have the rights to; to impersonate others; to collect other people's data without permission; or to interfere with Omni or the services it connects to.
5. AI output
Omni uses AI models you choose. AI output can be wrong or inappropriate. Review what matters before it goes out (the app lets you require that) and don't treat Omni's analysis as professional advice.
6. Your content and data
You keep all rights to your content and data. You give us only the permission needed to run Omni for you: to store and process it on your Mac and on Omni Cloud as described in the privacy policy, and to send it to the services you connected. We don't sell it or use it to train AI models.
7. Omni's software
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Omni while these terms apply. Parts of Omni may be released under an open-source license; where they are, that license governs that code. Don't resell Omni Cloud, get around its limits, or use it to build a competing service.
8. Paid plans, credits and refunds
Who sells it. The Omni Growth plan and extra credits are sold through Stripe's Managed Payments: Stripe, as Link, is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, adds and pays any sales tax or VAT, sends receipts and invoices, and handles payment questions, refunds and disputes under Link's own terms. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies, and are shown before you buy.
Omni Growth. A monthly subscription, billed at the start of each month until you cancel. It includes a set number of Omni credits each paid month; credits a month includes that you don't use expire when the next month starts. There's no yearly plan.
Omni credits. Credits pay for what Omni does with AI, such as chat, background work, web search, transcription and generating images or videos. Extra credits can be bought while you have the plan and don't expire. Free credits for new accounts are given once. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and how many credits a task uses may change; the current rates are shown in the app. When your credits run out, Omni pauses what uses them and asks you; it never buys more without you.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. You keep the plan and its credits until the end of the month you paid for, and you're not charged again. Credits you bought stay usable afterwards.
Refunds. Payments aren't refunded, including for unused credits or the rest of a month, except where the law requires a refund (for example a cooling-off period where you live) or where Link refunds a payment under its own policies, which can happen within 60 days of a purchase. When a purchase is refunded, the credits it bought are taken back.
9. Availability and changes
Omni and the services it connects to can change or be unavailable, and a connected service may change or end what it lets Omni do. We may update Omni and these terms; we'll note material changes and change the date above. Using Omni after a change means you accept it.
10. Disclaimers
Omni is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that Omni will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will grow your app.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for anything a connected service does. Our total liability for any claim about Omni is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.
12. Ending
You can stop using Omni at any time: delete the app and its workspace, and email daino@omnigrowth.app to delete your Omni Cloud install. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect Omni or others.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
